Plant for ID SMP2- 20/1/2011

This small herb was seen in Panhala near Kolhapur.
It was growing on the ancient wall of the fort. As if creeping.
The leaf shape is characteristic.
Flower yellow asymmetric about a cm or less.

Can this be a Kickxia species, may be ramosissima?

   It is Family Scrophulariaceae.... The Plant list places this genus in Plantaginaceae.

It can't be both Scrophulariaceae and Plantaginaceae. According to APG III (2009), the most recent classification more genera (ca 90) including Kickxia are placed under Plantaginaceae and about 65 under Scrophulariaceae.
