Please identify the wildly growing annual prostrate herb that is flowering now in Delhi. Flowers are white and small (~0.5 cm across).

I don't know if this character is important or not.
From most of the images of this plant searched on net : Typically the leaf apex is folded in a peculiar way in most instances!
