Sikkim Flower 5 For ID

Hi

This flower pix was shot on way to Khechipedi Lake in South Sikkim in October,'01.Sending this image for ID.
Experts may kindly help.

Looks like Cestrum fasciculatum.

I also thought Cestrum, but C. elegans because corolla and calyx are distinctly pubescent in C. fasciculatum.

The flowers are of Cestrum fasciculatum (Red Cestrum) I have also
observed these flowers near wish lake-Peling (Sikkim)

Cestrum elegans as per difference in Factsheet1 and Factsheet2
Our efloras only mention Cestrum elegans
