It is Cassia fistula of Leguminosae family.

Though the picture is not very clear.
It appears to be Cassia fistula. The faint colour of the bark, Nature of the flowers and leaves are indicative. This must have been the odd season inflorescence. Otherwise the tree flowers in large numbers in regular flowering season.
