I am also little doubtful that's why I haven't concluded.
While seeing the second picture, if both are similar, chances of them being Thelepaepale ixiocephala is less.
In Thelepaepale ixiocephala the bracts are very viscid. In first post, because of over exposure the bracts were not clear (I thought they are viscid) and in the second post they were clear and it seems glabrous.
Dear Nehaji, Do you have any information regrading the flowering periodicity, whether this flowers every year or once in 6-7 years.
If you happened to get fruits and seeds, by any chance, please collect them and check whether the seeds are glabrous or hairy.
