Seen @ Jijamata Udyan today.

The leaves were like long grass blades.
The plant was about 2-3 ft (height) growing in a large pot.

Just for record, it belongs to family Xanthorrhoeaceae (formerly in Liliaceae, and also Hemerocallidaceae).
