Flower: yellow about 2 inches long and 1 inch across
Approximate Height: 20-35 feet

I presume this is Markhamia lutea of Bignoniaceae. Native to Africa.
Planted as avenue tree. Please wait for expert comments.

Yes, per The Plants List, Markhamia platycalyx (Baker) Sprague is a synonym of Markhamia lutea (Benth.) K.Schum.
Yet please wait for comments for the correctness of ID.
