Commelinales & Zingiberales Week: Heliconiaceae, Heliconia from Delhi for ID

I had initially identified this plant as Strelitzia reginae and uploaded in that thread, but perhaps it belongs to genus Heliconia, because of narrow perianth tube. Experts may please comment.
