Dear Friends, could someone identify this orchid please?
Date & Time 28/04/2011
Location: Place, Altitude, GPS Chethalayam, Wayanad.
Habitat: Garden, Urban, Wild Type: Wild
Plant Habit: Tree, Shrub, Climber, Herb Orchid
Height, Length.
Leaves Type, Shape, Size
Inflorescence Type Size
Flowers Size Colour Calyx Bracts-
Fruits Type, Shape, Size Seeds
Other Information like Frangrance, Pollinator, Uses.

This should be Dendrobium macrostachyum sometimes back changed to
Dendrobium aphyllum, but seems they are soon going to revert back.
For the time being lets stick to D. macrostachyum.
Thanks for sharing. Please try to share a bit better resolution

Yazdy ji, beautiful orchids,  this is similar to D.cuculatum the photo of which I had sent earlier.

Can you please show the link to which plant you are talking of!!
This is green flower and D. cucullatum is pink.

Dr. Pankaj Ji, the flower is white whereas the green shoots shown in
the picture are the tender leaves of the plant.

That doesnt actually seem white. Its a faint green colour.
I cant open the image in that link Mani sir.

Sorry, I saw now. That is a totally different species sir. Of course
D. cucullatum.
Attached are images of these two plants from myside.
Right now upper one is Dehdrobium cucullatum and lower is called
Dendrobium aphyllum (earlier known as Dendrobium macrostachyum).
