Taken at the tea gardens at Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka which is at 1892
meters above sea level.
The flowers resembled that of common chillies.
I had seen similar ones by the roadside at Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu.

Looks like Atlant species. Not sure, as the flowers are not seen.
