Nice colors

my understanding was that these flowers all droop down, that's how
they grow at least in Bengal...

is that how they grow in north or the grow laterally, like in these
pictures?// not clear to me..

Lovely var. of hibiscus. Long time back this shrub was exsiting in Delhi Gymkhana Club also.

Madhuri ji ... thanks for the apt name of katar jaswand.

Literal meaning of katar is scissors ... in this context "scissored" used as an adjective, leading to scissored hibiscus.
