Cotoneaster Coriaceus Franch.
Syn: Cotoneaster lacteus

Evergreen shrub from W. China with arched tomentose branches; leaves lanceolate to elliptic, 3-6 cm long, tomentose beneath; flowers white in clusters; fruit ovoid, red, 6 mm across.

Photographed from California, commonly planted along roadsides.
