Is it Toona hexandra?

A large tree was observed on Panhala near Kolhapur Maharashtra in Dec 2010.
I think this is Toona hexandra. Please validate. This looks similar to one which Gurcharan ji had posted recently.

Affirmative Dr.Phadke. It looks like Toona hexandra [syn. T.ciliata].
