it looks like wedelia trilobata, an ornamental, for me too; similar pictures of wedelia trilobata is posted herewith

I too think that this is Wedelia trilobata (Asteraceae) common name:
Creeping Daisy.
Grow as a thick green cover on the ground in several gardens.
Now it become a weed in coastal areas of Kerala.

The accepted name for Wedelia trilobata as per theplantlist.org is
Sphagneticola trilobata (L.) Pruski
