Dear all,
Please help to id this common shrub found on roadsides. I saw this plant densely in the campus of IIT-M, Chennai and also in Erode district of TN.

Location- Place, Altitude, GP

ca.450asl; Coimbatore dist., TN

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- 

roadside

Plant Habit-

shrub

Height/Length- 

1 - 1.5 m

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- 

10 x 5 cm

Inflorescence Type/ Size- 

raceme; 10 cm longer

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- 

white; 1.5 cm across

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- 

 c.1 x 0.4 cm

Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.-
