Jacobaea maritima (L.) Pelser & Meijden (syn: Othonna maritima L.; Senecio cinerria DC; S. bicolor (Willd.) Tod.
Photographed from Hazuri Bagh Garden in Srinagar in June, 2010. A lot of it is also grown along roadsides here in California.
This plant was earlier uploaded by me Tanacetum densum but had to reinvestigate its identity till I finally identified it as Jacobaea maritima.
Common Names: Dusty-miller; Silver ragwort.

Beautiful flowers.  I have seen butterflies and bees hovering around the plant.
