This is another one of the flowers from the Kalatope sanctuary,
Chamba...
Altitude 2300 mts, found sometime in April (I think),

Do you think it belongs to the 'borage' family

Earlier under Cynoglossum or Paracaryum now Hackelia, having much broader leaves than either

As the leaves are distinctly cordate, so it should be Hackelia macrophylla
