ID confirmation requested  :  Eupatorium sps.
The plant is a common weed and grows up to 3-4 ft and also spreads fast. The plant is in full bloom.  Photo taken on 5.12.2010 .Location- Telecom Lay Out Bogadi II stage, Mysore city.

Dear Swamy ji,  This is Siam Weed.  Botanical name : Chromolaena odorata  from the Sunflower family.  In Malayalam we call it Communist Pachha.
