   Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb- climber
   Height/Length-
   Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size-
   Inflorescence Type/ Size-
   Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- white
   Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds-
  Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.- Fragrant

This can be Vallaris solanacea from Apocyanaceae.

 yes this is Vallaris solanacea 
common name is  Bread flower
