Rhyncoglossum notonianum of

Date/Time- 03-08-2011

Location- Place, Altitude, GPS- Punneckad (my home garden), Ernakulam Dist, Kerala

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- Streams and rocky area of Evergreen and Semi evergreen forest is the Natural habitat

Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb- Herb

Height/Length- about 30-60cm

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- Simple

Inflorescence Type/ Size- Terminal racemes

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- medium, Dark blue (petals) with yellow throat

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- Small

Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.- Very good for garden

Gesneriaceae.
