Could you all please confirm if the identification for this amaranth species is Amaranthus cruentus. 3 more species for confirmation/identification will follow.

Yes, this is Amaranthus cruentus.  We call it Lal math in marathi.

Yes, this tropical American plant is Amaranthus caudatus L. of Amaranthaceae.
