Caryopteris odorata from Herbal Garden, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi
The shrub looks much similar to Clerodendrom serratum, and may be confused with that but is easily differentiated when in fruit in producing dry capsules and not fleshy fruit as in Clerodendrum. In fact when I had uploaded this for ID, it was initially identified as Clerodendrum serratum.

Thanks Gurcharan Singh ji for uploading this. It does look similar to Clerodendrum serratum except for the flower colour.
