Collected from Tirupati- Tirumala Highway highway from a moist shady place.

I think Commelina is wrong id 
It is a sp of Cyanotis

Hello 
You may be right Manudev ji.............
This should be Cyanotis thwaitesii Hassk.
The species is close to Cyanotis fasciculata, C. fasciculata var. rosea and Cyanotis glabrescens but differs in its perennial habit, somewhat rosette leaves and most common thing in this complex cobwebby hairs .............
