Mat forming spreading herb rooting at nodes
On wet soil, surrounding a pond in Herbal Garden, Delhi, 213 m asl
leaves opposite, 1.5-2 cm long, oblanceolate, somewhat succulent; stipules perhaps glandular
Flowers solitary in axils, about 1 cm across, white with slight pink tinge; stamens 4, in two pairs; corolla with slightly unequal lobes, parted almost half.
The leaves remind of Portulaca, but a gamopetalous member.
