Saw these bright flowers at Matheran, Mah., in Oct. '10. Hope id is correct!

Senecio bombayensis N.P.Balakr. J. Bombay Nat. Hist. Soc. lxvii. 61 (1970).

Nice, first name I heard with specific epithet as bombayensis. Not
sure abt the id though.
