recently some clematis posted had long mustaches like this. IN CLOSE UP YOU CAN SEE THE STAR SHAPE OF ONE FLOWER. ONCE YOU CONCENTRATE YOU CAN SEE FEW. So it might be an inflorescence.

Are you sure that these are from a same plant? I think the 

the cordate leaf is from different plant and the moss like

one is separate.

This, at least the last picture, is of Remusatia vivipara (Araceae). But the 'bulbils' look very different here, so may be of some other species.

This is a Araceae but a different genus I assume.It very common but
actually I never tried checking it. All parts in the pic belong to the
same plant including the rhizome.

Hi Tanay ji,
I thought that they were a part of the moss so I had tried to get one
plant.. and since I was in a hurry to get to my son's school, I quickly took a photo... I am uploading a few more photos..
regards.. but you could be right and the moss might have been entangled with the roots...

Remusatia vivipara of Araceae family, for sure. 

The inflorescence like shoots are the bulbiferous shoots, that bears bulbils which are capable of producing new plants asexually (please correlate the species name "vivipara" here)!

I do have pictures of flowers in my backup DVD's. I shall upload the same after 15th.
