Dear All,

This are the flowers of Phyllanthus emblica L.(Euphorbiaceae). Fruit is edible as raw or in pickle. A kind of beverages also produced with sugar (fermented) and used during the hot summer in some fringe villages near Manas Tiger Reserve, Assam. I think they considered it as a cooling agent
