I think it's Sida retusa (syn. S. rhombifolia). See from Indiantreepix Database:
Sida retusa (syn. S. rhombifolia) Malvaceae Paddy's lucern, Jelly leaf, Lal Berala  at Central Park, Salt Lake, Near Kolkata on 24/10/2007- Debasish ji. At Hooghly, West Bengal- 4/8/07- Debasish ji. Hi Mr.Garg and Mr.Swaminathan,
It could be Sida veronicifolia [S.cordata]. Sending you photographs of S. retusa and S. rhombifolia for comparison.
Regards,
Neil.

Thanks, Neil ji.
Leaves of Sida veronicifolia [S.cordata] at the links look a bit different from posted one: http://flickr.com/photos/dinesh_valke/1990207924/
& http://www.medicinalplants-kr.org/Sida_cordata.htm .

Though seem to match with S.cordifolia at: http://www.medicinalplants-kr.org/Sida_cordifolia.htm
Here are details of S.cordifolia from Indiantreepix Database:
