No Usha Ji not a proper herbal garden Only some ornamental plants
Herbal Garden is only at Yamunanagar in Haryana. I will be visiting there soon and share pics of common medicinal Plants

There is another good one in Punjabi Bagh Delhi, although problem with many labels. We have tried to correct a few.
