I am sure Balkar ji... since Chakrata is also situated roughly at the
same altitude as Dalhousie (around 2100 mts).. which I suppose make
things a bit easy for me.. for my identifications.. :)

Yes alok Ji height is amost similar i think Chakrata is arround 2400-2900 mts

Please upload a better view of leaves. The flowers appear whiter than C. grata. The leaves inj two species are very distinct.
