This tree changes it's colour in March & it makes the kaiga forest look more colorful.

Yes I was also to comment same as the plant grows in Delhi also, but was reluctant as I am not familiar with plants of Western Ghats which has such a diversity of Tree species.

this tree seems to be Schleichera oleosa, (Kusum tree ) , a
Sapindaceae member..... please confirm.
