Taken at Nuwara Eliya,Sri Lanka on the 18th of November, 2010.
Nuwara Eliya is at 1892 meters above sea level.

Sedum?? Looks like some Asteraceae to me.

I think this is a kind of "ice plant", whcih also have daisy like
flowers,;
Aizoaceae, one of the cylindrical leaved species of Mesembryanthemum
or Delosperma, .

Yes Sinha ji is correct, the flowers represent Aizoaceae, and not Crassulaceae or Asteraceae. The flower size however, seems to be larger than 1 inch in diameter. In Delosperma the flowers are 1/2 to 3/4 inch across.  I suppose it represents Lampranthus multiradiatus.
