WOW! Nice pictures
Looks yummy but not edible!
Most of the red fruits in the wild are not edible!

No Promila ji

Giloy bel is Tinospora cordifolia, but Amar bel is a parasitic climber commonly known as India Dodder or Giant dodder, botanically Cuscuta reflexa or other species of the genus Cuscuta.

Sir Giloy bel in Ayurveda also known Amrita so confusion may be there sometime
