A small tree...could this be Coccoloba uvifera?

This is Coccoloba uvifera. Recently I came across this plant at
NhaTrang in Vietnam also.

yes it is Coccoloba uvifera, only one tree in Rani baug that too very small, its near the exotic bird cage, just right hand side of the main gate..
