These are the main decisions we made today in the meeting but before

. Gifts for children (Sharat)

. Gifts for 3 teachers (Padmini, Shilpa, Kavita) (Shyamala, Smita)

. Honararium for artists: (Approx Rs. 7000, Sharat)

. Compere/MC for the event: Bindu (please talk to the teacher, and
include Anoushka as appropriate)

. Electronic Invitation card and Publicity (Ravi Banavar, Rama Kulkarni,
Ekta). Please, please make sure that an invite is sent to Campus
School Principal and KG School Principal (ms. Lata jagdish) and also
to both DDs.

. Refreshments during break and refreshments to children before the
program (Anil Kumar, Sundaresan, Belekar)

. Decorations (Lamp will come from teacher): Jyoti Shekhar, Indu,
Sujata, Bindu

. LT booking and payment (done, Sharat)

. Cash honorarium for invited artists, and LT people (Sharat)

. Video and post-event summary: Amitav chatterjee
