I have imported in ica-atom the file "DOC-ABC.xml" (here attached). Before importing, this file was validated by the DTD EAD.
After importing, I have consulted it and added a few elements. Afterwards, I have exported from ica-atom this archival description in XML 2002. ("UP4hV.xml")
This file was not validated by the DTD EAD because of:
- empty attribute value in the "container" tag. ica-atom automatically had added an empty attribute (<container type="">Boîte</container>) (this tag was already in the source file "DOC-ABC.xml" validated)
- </did> was considered as a "bad tag name". (this tag was already in the source file "DOC-ABC.xml" validated)
Could you help me on this matter?

I have filed this bug as issue #1979, as reported here:

The empty @type attribute issue has been fixed as of today, see:

However, I cannot reproduce the issue which caused the "bad tag name" for the empty item-level <did/> element without knowing exactly what elements you added. If you have any information on what changes you made specifically within ICA-AtoM, or a list of steps to create the same problem, I would be happy to attempt to resolve this issue as well.
