Global Security enable problems

Hi,<br />
I am working on websphere6.0, <br />
some time back i tried the global security enable, that time i am able to enable the global security.recently i have reinstalled the websphere6.0,now i am trying to enable the global security in my localsystem.it is giving the following error <br />

I'd guess from that error message - you'll need to look it up in your LDAP server's documentation - that your CUR isn't using a current password for your LDAP server.

I'm wondering if you failed to uninstall correctly and left some files
lying around, and your reinstall config is now inconsistent
