libpano13-2.9.17 released

A libpano13-2.9.17 tarball has been uploaded to sourceforge, this
final release is identical to release candidate two (2.9.17_rc2):

There have been various updates since the last 2.9.14 stable
release:
* The soname has changed, applications that link dynamically to
libpano13 will need to be relinked i.e. you will need to rebuild
both hugin and autopano-sift-C. The soname is now 2:0:0
* New General Pannini projection (f19).
* New function to query dynamic FOV limits.
* Add an updated version of Helmut Dersch's Moving Panoramas Remap for
libpano13 http://webuser.fh-furtwangen.de/~dersch/mp/MotionPanoramas.html
* Two new independent systems of aligning mosaic mode panoramas where camera
position changes between shots. One system uses TiX,TiY,TiZ,TiS parameters,
the other system (used by Hugin 2010.2.0) uses TrX,TrY,TrZ. There is also
experimental support for adjusting the mosaic plane with Te0 and Te1
parameters.
* There are two build systems: autotools is still the default but cmake is
working and recommended particularly for Windows users. autotools will
probably be removed in the next release. The minimum cmake version required
is 2.6.
* Build fixes for Windows, Linux, Solaris. A libpano13.pc pkgconfig file is
now installed.
* Windows dynamic library (DLL) is now built as CMD version.
* Various cleanups, memory leak, crash and bug fixes.
