This group is dedicated to sharing backcountry and "earn-your-turns" skiing and riding experiences in northwestern Massachusetts and southern Vermont. The Hoosac Range is the southern continuation of the Green Mountains of Vermont and includes summits like Crum Hill in Monroe, Mass. and the neighboring Spruce Mountain in Monroe State Forest. It also borders Mt. Greylock, the highest mountain in Mass. and the location for the legendary Thunderbolt ski trail. This is also the world repository for information regarding the yet-to-be-legendary Tad River Glen.
