habari nominated for deletion on wikipedia

this is the third time that editor has nominated habari for deletion.
maybe we can make it the last time?

And 3 minutes after the 3rd nomination was closed as a 'keep', the same guy opens up a 4th nomination for deletion: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Habari_(4th_nomination)

Obviously this guy is just out to get us for no apparent reason and should have his Wikipedia nominating juice stolen.

He warned the administrator to not to close it (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Llywrch#Habari) (!!). And the admin replied him with warning (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Misterdiscreet#Re:_Habari). His nomination held no good reason (if a reason at all).
I suspect any action would be taken against him though.
