Sanity check?

Can someone sanity-check this for me? I probably missed some things,
but if there are any other significant, breaking implications, please
point them out.

To give you a head-start, it starts using all of the named admin rewrite
rules instead of the single 'admin' rule with the variable 'page' parameter.
