Hello, recently I noticed strange Growl behavior, although it is set
to display notifications in upper right corner, when I open my
notebook and see lots of notifications from missed messages in adium,
they get stuck in the bottom-right corner till I restart Growl.

Here's what it looks like:

Do you mean that a notification gets stuck there and won't go away, or
that all notifications from that point on appear (and then disappear)
there?

What version number does Growl show in the About tab of its preference
pane?

Growl 1.2, basically notifications are roaming across the screen, it
looks like there are some invisible ones which dont dissapear and new
ones are taking those into account in appear in some strange places
like almost in the middle of the screen sometimes.

I'm getting this too. When Growl is first launched the problem isn't
there. But, after a long period of use it becomes progressively more
wacko in the positions it assigns to the notifications.

MacBookPro CoreDuo
OSX 10.5.8
Adium 1.4b17
Growl 1.2.1b2
