Hello,

We just finished releasing TinkerPop2. Here are the respective release notes along with the biggest new thing in each project:

- Massive changes to blueprints-core API
- TreePipe added for exposing the spanning tree of a traversal
- Automatic path and query optimizations
- FramedGraph is simply a wrapper graph in the Blueprints sense
- Synchronicity with the Blueprints API

Please feel free to <depend/> and move forward with TinkerPop 2 development -- all the jars are in Apache's Central Repository. As you may know, there are big changes to the API: package renaming, new core API method names, etc. While this may be shocking, it is all worth it. In 2 weeks, there is going to be a release of something very big for which TinkerPop2 will be a central piece of the puzzle. Stay tuned and get ready for a summer of insane, crazy graph madness.

Here are the primary players in this release:
1. Matthias Broecheler: provided the insight for many of the API changes brought forth in TinkerPop2.
2. Pierre De Wilde: steadfast dedication to testing/documentation and always there to nip things in the bud.
3. Stephen Mallette: tried and true, chug-a-lug to do what needs to get done.
4. Josh Shinavier: always drops in for the cool new feature.
5. Marko Rodriguez: sitting on the computer day in and day out --- god help me.

Thank you everyone,
The TinkerPop Crew.

Cool guys!

Will try it out hopefully next week and see how much integration is
needed for the Neo4j plugin.

If you can write, you can code - @coderdojomalmo
If you can sketch, you can use a graph database - @neo4j
