Dear All,

Our company POWERLINERS is trying to get into the solar captive power plant industry wherein we can reduce/replace the DG running to save on the fuel cost. 

My current requirement is to build up a solid team of engineers who are ready to partner with us for various aspects related with a solar or wind power plant designing, installation and integration. 

We are looking at young and energetic individuals who have the knowledge about site engineering to determine areas where panels can be installed at respective project sites, design the plant, integrate the system and then install it. 

Here I would like to inform that I am less interested in hiring people, but we are more interested to make partners by inviting such people to come and join us as a shareholder and share the income of the projects. We are a fairly new company and are looking ahead to build up a strong enterprise who offers such solutions to power deficit industries. Our website is www.solarpowerindia.in

Good. I have a suggestion. Pl take help by compensating people on fixed amount and variable profit sharing from the project as these projects take  long time to implement . what do you think?
