You're looking at a temporary page to continue the Mantrav International Fraud case. People have been sent by Mantrav to Gran Canaria, mostly to a non existing "Club Mancha" and are not getting their money back.

I had to find a solution to be able to continue our discussion about Mantrav, as the host where the dedicated server that contains www.Gran-Canaria-Info.com is placed does not want to take any risk, or, as they have put it:

"As previous advised we appreciate that you may have documentation or other evidence to support any claims made. However as a hosting provider, we are not able to judge or validate such evidence.

If the content of a web site is geared around accusations which are potentially defamatory, Fasthosts as a data controller and yourself as publisher could both be liable for any legal damages resulting from this content."

So they wanted the content removed. I though it'd be a great idea to be able to continue our discussion on this google group.

Hopefully, you won't find it too hard to figure out how to post in this group. Apply to join and then post messages once confirmed.
