i made a gos live cd and when i run it on my computer to install it
dosent work it says inframs somthing like that....

initramfs = initialise RAM filing system. If this fails, it probably
means there isn't enough RAM in your system to initialise a big enough
virtual (ram)-disk that gOS needs.

well, how much RAM do you have in your system?

If it is say 256MB, then add more RAM
A total of 512MB of RAM (2 x 256MB) should be enough, 320MB (256 +
64MB) would be the absolute minimum.

More frugal versions of gOS 3.0 will be released later, see the
"community editions" at the gOS portal, here.

You might try these if for some reason you are unable to add RAM.

well then that can't be the problem.
First time I hear about this particular failure, so nothing
immediately comes to mind.
try to boot the disk on another computer, perhaps you simply have a
corruptly downloaded/burned copy. If it also does not work on another
computer then that is the likely case.

i have a problem running gOS in persistent mode from usb key.
it stops at initramfs menu during the boot.
however readonly mode works fine. i can't solve this problem last two
days and
need help.

i finnaly solved my problem

1. make unetbootin install from gOS iso

2. fix casper script

3. add "persistent" into syslinux.cfg in defaul section
