Google Talk Trobleshooting

Dear Sir,
My GTalk showing offline from 27/02/2007, please help me, I can not
chating and talking with my brother, please sugest me how can I become
on line.

If you have any Firewall make sure that Google Talk is not in the list
of the blocked application.
Also if you have windows firewall enabled, make sure that Google Talk
is checked in the Exception tab of the
Windows Firewall settings.

i'm having one problem here!!!whenever i share any file with anyone my
computer gets restarted!!!please help me out..
