Videos are now posted at
http://www.google.com/events/io/2011/sessions.html. Some slide links appear to be broken--working on it. GWT sessions are in the Developer Tools track and one in the Android track (Android + App Engine, shows off new RequestFactory tooling in GPE).
Thanks to all the GWT community for a fantastic year! It was my first opportunity to meet many in person, including Stephen Haberman (gwt-mpv), Philippe Beaudoin and Christian Goudreau (gwt-platform), and Pierre Coirier (mvp4g). Philippe did a great job presenting with myself and Jeff Schnitzer (Objectify-appengine) in the Highly Productive GWT session.
The GWT sessions were all packed, starting right out of the gate with 300+ people in a room that seated 239. We answered tons of questions at Office Hours both days and enjoyed the Sandbox exhibitors. Be sure to see the Developer Tools Sandbox participants at
http://www.google.com/events/io/2011/sandbox.html for some interesting and sophisticated apps buit with GWT.
And of course, don't forget to play Angry Birds for the Web, built with GWT and announced at the Day 2 Keynote :-) Try it at
http://chrome.angrybirds.com/ or download from the Chrome Web Store.
GWT developers rock!
