broken image link and "shot!" appearing in map visualization

Hi there,
Is anybody else seeing a broken image link and the word "shot!" in the
map visualization when it is linked to a table? It appears after you
click any of the pins in the map
I see this in my own code, and also in the Full HTML example here:

in FF2, Camino 1.6 and Safari 4
I have been trying to debug in Firebug in FF, but I can't access the
source behind the broken link.
There are a series of image requests made the first time a map pin is
clicked, but they all get HTTP 200 OK responses (headers attached
below).
Any ideas?

As yet I cannot work out how to remove it. I get it in every browser

I did just find that in FF 3.5 this in the thing causing the broken
