Polygon Layer always over a KML Layer for click events

Hi Everyone,

I'm having trouble with a kmlLayer never being rendered over a
google.maps.Polygon

Both are being set using .setMap() and no matter what order I try, and
even setting the kmlLayer with a setTimeout() function it is still
rendering behind the other polygons.

Here is where I am having the trouble:

Select a county or school district to draw and then select the points
to show, white and yellow are the most abundant.

Hope someone has an easy fix for this one.

Nevermind guys, just saw that the code I was trying to integrate with
was on version 3.3, 3.4 resolves the problem. Will be testing against
main version tomorrow!
